The "flitj" Headline Counter

The "flitj" headline counter is a program that accurately counts the letters, punctuation and spacing of a headline. I took the DINFOS "Flitj Counter and modified the code to correct for the error that was causing spaces to be counted as a full character.

Please feel free to use this counter as a guide for Headlines but always count the printouts using the tick method.
